Our Process Is Built Around Your Success:
1: Energy Evaluation
On your first call, we’ll confirm your average monthly kilowatt-hour usage. It’s a good idea to gather up 12 months of data to account for periods of higher and lower usage as the seasons change. We’ll use this information to get a baseline system size, then customize it to your specs.
2: Site Considerations
Your personal solar designer will ask you questions about factors that impact system performance. “Dropship suppliers” usually overlook this important step. The information we gather at this stage significantly increases system design accuracy.
3: System Customization
We’ll ask you about any product preferences you have. Looking for premium products with the latest technology? We’ll explain the pros and cons of your system's components — that way, you’ll get a more informed custom solution.
4: System Design Checks
Every system we sell goes through a rigorous design check with our in-house tech team to ensure everything is sized properly. You’ll also receive a multi-line wire diagram showing how everything fits together.
5: Permitting Guidance
Obtaining the permits you need to install solar can seem daunting, but we’re here to help take hours off the process by streamlining it for you. We provide the necessary documents you'll need to get your permits approved.
6: Post Sale LIFETIME Support
We don’t "ship it and forget it.” If you have any trouble installing, programming, or maintaining your system, give us a call and our tech team will help you through it. We don’t charge a dime to support the systems we sell.
