Solar panels generate Direct Current (DC) power. Multiple solar panels are physically and electrically connected to form an array.
Sol-Ark systems use one or multiple strings of solar panels wired in series. The electrical rating of each panel, in conjunction with the SMA inverters operating specs determine the minimum and maximum length of each string.

An inverter has a straightforward yet critical job: it converts the DC power generated by solar panels into usable AC power to keep your appliances running and even turn back your meter.
Sol-Ark is a hybrid Inverter type. Most systems will have 1 inverter, depending on the size of the system.

APsmart transmitter
Part of the Rapid Shutdown system to be NEC 690.12
Induces the SunSpec signal into the Array circuit, and tells the RSD devices mounted at each solar panel to turn on or off.
When the innitiator is pressed, the transmitter stops sending the SunSpec signal to the RSD devises. Causing them to turn off.

Serves as the externally accessible Emergency Rapid Shutdown initiator.

Dual 100ft PV Cable Extensions
Each Dual 100ft PV Cable set comes with two 100ft wire sections, with one MC4 connector each(1 male, 1 female)

AC Safety Disconnect
